This project is a 19,000 sf fire station for the Custer Volunteer Fire Department.

The station will have a large training room, administrative offices, a kitchen/dining room, a day room, a fitness room, some sleeping rooms, a hose drying tower, a decontamination room, a laundry and gear locker room and 5 apparatus bays.

The construction budget is $8M.

Chamberlin Architects is excited to work with TSD on various remodels at both their Elementary and High/Middle/Intermediate schools. Work will include life safety (fire sprinklers and alarm), new finishes in classrooms and corridors, selection of new furniture and gymnasium improvements at the high school. Construction will be phased.
