Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this 1885 school building was restored for use as a K-5 elementary school.

The program included typical classrooms, specialized classrooms, administrative offices, a four-story elevator, and completely replanned site and landscaping.

The building restoration required foundation underpinning and re-roofing of three different slopes. The interior was renovated and brightened up with the addition of windows and skylights.
